  • Thank you all for the encouragement. I know it is just .8 lbs gain but in 4 months that i have been working on changing my lifestyle this is the first time i have seen a gain on the scale so just trying to figure out where it came from, but all your opinions are great and i will take all of them into consideration.

And if i want to make this a lifestyle change i need to understand what i can and cant do. im sorry im going on and on, i just really want to know if im doing whats best for my body
  • i would say i really gave in about 3-4 times this week. The first thing i had was a texas toast garlic bread, i also had one of my sons chicken nuggets. I also made cookies for my son and ate one. It was within my calories for the day but i didnt feel good about it at all.
  • Thats awesome. congrats! im doing week 7 day 1 tonight which is all running, so hopefully i can be like you.
  • Im at Week 5 Day 1 and love it. I have had to do one day 2 or 3 times until i felt i was ready for the next run but i do love it. I signed up for a 5k in November. That should give me enough time to be ready for it. But, you can do it and be proud of yourself.
  • Thank you both for the motivation. That means alot to me. And you guys are right. Im not doing this for anyone else other than myself and need to remember that. I need to just keep my head up high, eat right and stay active. thank you so much.
  • Thank you very much for the advice. I will try going back and forth with fast sprints and slower runnings. Congratulations on a 5k under 30 minutes!!!! Thats awesome. Before my son and about 4 boyfriends ago (lol) i was running 5k races in a little over 30 minutes and felt great. The more weight i lose the easier it is…
