HELP! PLEASE!
I just weighed in and gained 0.8 lbs :( I worked out very hard this week. It was a rough week for me with trying to overvome my hunger and not give in. I did give in a few times and i think that affected my weight. What do i do?? Im so upset with myself

NEED MOTIVATION!
im trying very hard not to get discouraged. I have lost almost 13 lbs in 4 weeks which is good but i havent noticed any real big change yet. I do feel so much better but nobody has noticed anything nor my family. Im trying to stay motivated .

finished a 5k!
So last night at the gym i walked in telling myself i was going to finish a 5k. i got on the treadmill and just kept saying i was going to finish. I did it!!! 48 minutes but i finished it. I have alot of time to shed befor i get back to the races again but atleast i did it. Thank you for reading this.
