I'm not on a low-carb diet, i just monitor my calories intake verse my calories burned for that day, drink plenty of water, and i eat every 3 hours, no food or calories beverage after 9pm.

the elliptical i use at the gym has a HRM, also i think it also depends on your endurance, because i can see different when i use the fat burner mode vs the cardio mode.

i have lost 20+ lbs, but a lot of inches in my inner thighs and abdomen, when i started i combine cardio and strengthening into my work out, but i still have a lot of loose cellulite tissue hanging around in the inner thigh areas. the waist is not too bad, but with gravity at hand, it seem as though you gain a few pounds.

hello, that sound great, i have been doing the elliptical for about 3 weeks and already gotten up to 3.57 miles in 40 minutes with increase endurance this last week, but i can join the challenge, start from here until set date in Nov.2012
