Thank you for the responses. No I don't weigh everything so it's probably true that I'm eating more than I think. I measure what i eat. I don't cook with oils, or use dressings. Well for me the diet part of it is overwhelming. I know to eat healthy, lean cuts of meat, veggies and what not but it just boggles my mind. I'm so confused!
