Results rarely jump out and smack you upside the head. You have to really look for them, and since you see yourself in the mirror every day, it's really hard to see those changes. After only two weeks, there's not going to be a hugely noticable difference, anyway.

If you haven't already, take progress photos - front, back and side - and take another set about once a month. No matter how much you hate them, don't delete them. You don't need to show them to anyone else, ever, but it's good to have a record.

Like it's been previously said, progress photos and side-by-sides are great. They help you to see the progress when you can't seem to notice it in the mirror. They have been a lifesaver for me! Also, give it time on noticing the results yourself. They say it takes us a minimum of 8 weeks to start seeing our progress in the mirror. Keep going and don't give up!

Have you been using a tape measure, as well? Do your measurements! I weigh more than I did the last time I fit into a size 10 (143 lbs, as opposed to 135 lbs then), but I'm definitely smaller this time around. I've found that I care less what the scale says to me as opposed to what my tape measure does (which I check every other week). I do Jillian's Ripped in 30 along with a fun cardio DVD. They've helped me a LOT.

Edit to include: It does take time and effort to get there. I noticed muscle tone first. Not defined, but just being there was enough for me. It's all about the small victories to keep me going.
