I hear HIIT training is much more effective on firing up your metabolism. I'm told it keeps your body burning fat for a much longer amount of time but a shorter amount of time spent in the gym. But My guess would be to do a good strength training session today, since muscle burns fat more effectively. :wink:

Right now Im using walking workout dvd (Sparkpeoples 3 mile 45 min.) and exercise ball , weights, and band. Next week I will incorporate swim areobics , laps and going to the gym.
