I did .65 miles yesterday.

I did 4.33 miles today! I haven't biked since I broke my foot 8 days ago. I am being careful and using no tension and this gigantic cam boot! I will see how it feels tomorrow and hopefully I will be able to do it again! Always hopeful!!!

I work the same hours. I have for 15 years. I sleep from 7:30 till 11am, work out and do my daily chores then go back to bed at 5:00pm till 8:30.
