In January I fractured my foot and walked on it 2 blocks to my car which caused the injury to worsen. I was non wt. bearing for 8 weeks and finally at 12 weeks was able to wear a shoe instead of a cam boot. I just returned to work this week and working out has been a challenge. I seriously suggest a Dr. visit before it…

Saturday I did a 20 minute kettle ball workout. Sorry I forgot to log it. The weekends go so fast!

I just did my usual 40 minute routine.

This morning I did 50 minutes of free weights and kettle balls.

I just spent 45 minutes working with weights and kettle balls. the same workout as last week minus bench press.

I did the same routine as Wednesday. 50 minutes. My muscles were pretty tender yesterday but it was a good kind of sore.

I would not be the one to get your advice from, as I am a definite carnivore. I would love to use more plant protein but my family would think I was crazy if I didn't have meat on the table and it's just easier for me to make one thing for every one.
