Well, sort of. I've had 19 straight days of logging. My caloric goal intake is currently 2,180 calories a day. I've averaged 1,800 a day which ain't too shabby.

Ready to start incorporating some walking into my daily routine as I take off a few more lbs. I'm not sure how much I have really lost in the last three (almost) weeks because I refuse to be a slave to the scale.

The way my clothes feel a little looser tells me I must be losing something though ;-)
