Today is my day off from the gym and running hopefully be able to control dinner tonight so I don't bust my calorie intake. But if I do its ok cause I'm under it most of the time anyways so a few times a month breaking it won't hurt me as long as its not a habbit.

Well that's ok but remember being held accountable is being able to show everything when it comes to food and exercise diaries...Mine is set up for friends only so its not public but I do not mind my friends seeing it.

Good job everyone! It's ok even if you had a rest day everyone needs it a few times a week... I just played two volleyball games and burned 263 calories.

I agree with some people on this topic others. I agree with not looking at the scale as much for sure I only weigh myself every other week. I disagree with getting a food scale I mean really "who has time for that?" I would suggest doing more cardio on a daily basis not just a few times a week rather at least 5 to 6 times…

So when I crave sweets I go for sweet tea or fruits in general and that off sets it for me. I know how you feel though it’s never easy…

Yes running does get easier it just does not happen overnight. What I do now is run 6 times a week not for time necessary but for more endurance and I just run a 5K / 3.1 miles.
