  • This morning I started my 5x5 Strong Lift Program I did Workout A. Starting with 3x a week along with running my normal 5K's. Overall burned 839 calories in just under 90 mins.
  • Another off day for me...After work tonight I plan on running and getting back into the gym
  • Taking the weekend off letting my body continue to relax so I'll be ready to go on Monday.

  • Finished my fast finally this evening...:smile: Plan on running tomorrow sometime hopefully getting back into running at least this week. Still going to rest my shoulder for another week or so.
