Day 4 of 7 for time off from the gym and running...0

It's my cardio cross-train day today so I'll head over to the gym later. My trainer wants me to do low back exercises & 10x30sec intervals on Jacobs Ladder, but otherwise he left it up to me what to do. Mostly this morning I'm feeling lazy. On a plus side today I reached my goal to lose 70 pounds by the end of the year - I'm at 70.5 pounds down from 1/1/13.0

New to the group, and today's my rest day. I tend to workout about 5-6pm so hopefully you'll see me on here tomorrow! Tomorrow is a little bit of Cardio with Lower Body, and Abs!0

Still fighting stomach stuff I think I overdid the bad food big time, it caught up with me and I have felt sick for two days.
