Hey Sis, you're making your journey which is what is important. Right now you need to focus on yourself. The BIggest Loser just adds a lot of drama to stuff. I know that you can do it without them!!!

0.5 gram is 500 mg of sodium NOT 5,000! You're just off by a factor of 10. This makes a lot more sense.

I make a yogurt parfait with fresh blueberries and a little bit of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal. Not super creative, but YUM!

I actually love all of the Kashi chewy granola bars. They always curb my hunger and are quite tasty with lots of fiber and protein (specifics depend on the flavor).
