  • That's great, I lost 5 lbs, as well. I'm in the gyms and working with a personal trainer. I weight myself wednesday and am hoping to have shed a couple more. My friends and I have started a weightloss circle together, we share e-mails and exercise tips and everything so it helps keep me motovated.

  • I agree last spring I was working on dropping a couple pound for a vacation in August, I ought some bikini bottoms and hung them up like that they do on that yogurt commerical. I lost 18lbs before I became pregnant and there were my dreams for a bikini body (or my version) But I think that you are right on the money.
