You can have carbs the key is portion control. You can't over do it. I cut back on the carbs and i'm making progress. Also you don't have to have them with every meal

You need 6-8 glasses of water for hydration. Generally when ppl are not drinking water they are drinking high calorie sugary drinks which directly affects diet and weight loss. That is why water is the preffered drink. I lost 15lbs when I just stopped drinking soda last year.

It's too early to call it morning sickness. It could possibly be a fluke. She would need to wait 2-4 wks to really be able to say morning sickness. It's also too early for a pregnancy test.

Definitely the sodium. Make sure you cut back on sodium because it causes water retention. If you don't and and you try to flush by drinking water you will just retain water. The most important thing is to cut back on the sodium.

I go in the evening after work but according to Dr. Oz it is better to exercise early in the morning.

I drink it mostly with alcohol maybe once (one wkend) a month. I try to drink the 0 calorie soda. I've lost 30lbs

When I go out I share food alot to cut the calories. My problem is the alcohol. Just make sure you get your cardio in.

This is also why I don't like to work out at public gyms. I don't want to be self conscious because others are looking at me. I work out at my job in my uniform at the end of my shift and it works just fine for me. If there was no gym there I probably wouldn't work out...smh.

I only work out 3-4 days a wk for about 20-30 minutes. Some days I work out for an hour but most times it's 20-30 mins and I have been consistently loosing weight.

As long as you are healthy if you feel comfortable then you should do what you feel is right. The main goal is to be healthy.

I agree with the ppl that say eat one. Make it at home and enjoy. Log it and exercise. I eat what I want (within reason) and exercise. It's been working for me so far. Just don't go over board. Everything in moderation.

I'm a nurse and salt in excess can be very damaging whether it's sea salt or table salt. Salt is salt and the effects are the same.

High sodium leads to high blood pressure, water retention, heart disease and more. When your heart has to work to hard to function systems fail and weight loss will be the least of your concerns.
