When do you exercise in the morning or evening and why? I use to get up early and exercise and felt great I am trying to get in the habit again. When the alarm goes off to get up I will tell myself some excuse not to get up and I will do it after work. Than after work I am tired or have to work late so I tell myself I will do it in the morning. Have you ever done this? Any advise would be great
Thank you and have a blessed day

I go in the evening after work but according to Dr. Oz it is better to exercise early in the morning.0

I prefer to do it in the morning, before I have to go to work; that way it is done, and I am less likely to put it off. Also, after work I usually just want to relax at home.0

I exercise in the morning and the evening. When I run on the treadmill, I get up at 10 of 5 (Mon, Wed, & Fri) because I have an almost 3 year old who I am afraid of touching the belt while it is going. I do a kettlebell dvd 2 days per week and usually do that in the evening. It is hard getting up. I cut it back one day because I was having a hard time (used to run 4 days). I do have to tell myself in the morning when my alarm goes off, that I have never regretted getting a run in. In fact, I always feel great after.0
