I love my fitbit and use it all the time. I also have a HRM and use that when working out. They are both real great tools, but the fitbit will give you day overall amount where the HRM will only work when you are working out.

At 15 it could be a lot worse! Tons of kids at that age still play with those cards, and now the Magic cards too. There are some "groups here in Vermont where kids get together and play with them and some are even older.

This was great. I had this happen at my old gym but not anymore. I do see some guys barking and checking them selves out though. I just put in my head phones turn my music up and do my thing. Um and if you see me staring dont worry I cant see 5 feet in front of my face with out my glasses, and I dont wear those at the gym…

I did squats this morning and I plan on spinning in a few minutes for an hour. then maybe 100 jump ropes and some weights!! It will be a good day.

Easy to lose two dress sizes. to bench 80lb to squat 170 (150 done this year!) to single arm row 60 (at 45)

I travel at least 20 -40 minutes depending on the traffic and weather... But it is so worth it. Just have to bundle activities. I work in that town so two days a week I can go after work and then one day on the weekend I go and then do all the shopping for the week.

I love weights! i TRY TO lift 3-4 hours a week with 2- cardio spins and then spinning for fun to keep my behind use to the seat 1 time a week. Weights do great things to our body..
