I have less migraines, clearer skin and have learned to love vegan cheese, almond or soy milk. If I eat dairy it shows right up on my skin.

My first beachbody work out was Charlean Extreme. You can use weights or bands with it, and it even comes with a band. If you dont really care for weights there is turbo jam. That is a slower turbo fire type work out. I lost over 10 inches and about 10 pounds when I did Charlean Extreme. PS my pics are from when i finished…

I am on day 2 of Push and I love it. I really like the core work, i can take or leave the push ups. My arms were sore along with my legs after the first day. cant wait to see what happens in the 3rd work out.

I really love the beachbody workouts and shakeology. I have not had any issues at all with either the products or service.

Today I start week 4 of the push phase! I can not believe that i have only one more month to go! I have lost a ton of inches so far and cant wait till the end when I can do my final tally ! one month and 1 week till i start les mills pump. cant wait!

I havent done the insanity chaLean hybrid but i am doing the Chalean/ turbofire hybrid. Im push week 3 day. I have lost a bunch of inches. You could most likely just exchange the cardio work outs.

Im am starting Push week 3 on Sunday, I also use turbo fire instead of the other work outs. I am really loving Charlene! I loved the burn Month but I have to say Push rocks!!

It takes time. Because you know that you are a stress eater, try to 1 ration out chocolates, 2 can you go for a walk or do a 10 minute work out. 3 call someone to talk to them, 4 dont keep those go to stress foods in the house,5 if you eat them just move on and try again.
