  • I agree! A whole day will ruin my entire week. I pick either one meal or one snack, and I still track and I try not to go over the calorie goal to "maintain"
  • I try not to watch TV while eating, I use a smaller plate, and smaller utensils and try drinking a full glass of water before my meal. That way my bites are smaller and it takes me longer to eat. I also try to really just enjoy my meal/ the main reason for not eating in front of the TV, is to try and disassociate the TV…
  • you should reply with with, why don't you workout? It's awesome, healthy and you will live way longer than that person. That is the dumbest thing I have ever herd in my entire life. • Just because someone doesn't fill out that information has nothing to do with how dedicated they are at loosing weight, some people are not on here to meet people and make friends, some people are here to loose weight and that is it. Don't be so ignorant not everyone is the same, and a lot of people don't even come on the…
  • muscle is more dense than fat, so for example a cup of muscle would weigh more than a cup of fat...so if you look at 5lbs of muscle vs 5lbs of fat, the fat will take up more space...source* http://www.everydayhealth.com/weight/busting-the-muscle-weighs-more-than-fat-myth.aspx
