Thanks! so whats your suggestion on the calories I burn? Should I eat them back on?

Just for a month! My eating is down pat I feel ....I try to stay away from processed foods I do find myself eating a lean cuisine meal once a day sometimes 3 days a week. Meat wise I eat just fish and chicken for the most part and for side dishes usually broccoli,kale,sweet potato or brown rice :)
