Your boobs will most likely get smaller and saggy-er if you're trying to lose 100+ pounds. Ive been pretty lucky and have gone from a Full DD to a Medium C without too much sagging but I expect it to get worse as I lose my last 25 - 30 lbs. My friend who lost 75+ pounds has reached her weigh loss goal but her boobs…

Im 5'7 195lbs and I can now comfortable fit into a size 11 (I even squeezed myself into size 7s the other day but didnt buy them). Its crazy to see other women 50lbs lighter than me in just 1 size smaller.... But Ive lost over 100lbs and my body has gone through a lot of changes and "re-shaping" hopefully Ill continue to…

How did you do that? Awesome! Thanks!

Its totally natural for the body to plateau. It happens to everyone! I was consistently losing several pounds per week and then I couldnt lose anything for 3 weeks! This next piece of advice is going to blow your mind: EAT MORE (work out more too)! That is what my personal trainer and my dietician told me to do. It might…

You can find out how far you are walking by using a pedometer, and then by timing yourself you can figure out what your pace is. Then you know what speed to put in when your logging your 60 minute walk. : )

I dont take it as being rude. I understand you have people around you who are having complications and that causes you to have concerns about the surgery. I, however, have gone through months of classes and I'm working out and dieting and losing weight before the surgery which displays a certain level of commitment that it…
