Hmm, since a gram of protein is equal to 4 calories, it seems impossible that 60 cal of oysters could have 36 grams of protein. Personally, if most or all of my sugar is coming from fruit, then I don't worry if I go over on MFP. Fruit has a lot of other healthy benefits and a lot of fiber, so I wouldn't worry. Some diets out there tell you to restrict fruit because of the carbs (sugar mostly) but I think that any diet that doesn't let you eat fruit…

I've found that most of the online calculators aren't the most accurate. Especially that military one! I think the original one is probably the most accurate, but the best way is to go to a gym and have a personal trainer use calipers to measure it.

My favorite is Ken's Light Northern Italian With Basil and Romano, 2 Tablespoons is 45 calories, and I usually only use about one tablespoon. I can't tell at all that its "light" in the taste, and I love the little bit of cheese flavor!
