  • I've found that most of the online calculators aren't the most accurate. Especially that military one! I think the original one is probably the most accurate, but the best way is to go to a gym and have a personal trainer use calipers to measure it.
  • My favorite is Ken's Light Northern Italian With Basil and Romano, 2 Tablespoons is 45 calories, and I usually only use about one tablespoon. I can't tell at all that its "light" in the taste, and I love the little bit of cheese flavor!
