  • You can't but seriously it wouldn't be proportional if you don't lose the chest area as well. You're skinnier so is your chest size, it is the small proportion as well you are bigger. So in a way, it should be the same.

  • Around 5'2, Goal is 100 pounds. I will see if it's good once I get there. I will probably do strength training to see if I can look as good when I'm higher weight though since it's harder to maintain at a lower weight.

  • Once a week is good. I know it doesn't truly change from just 1 one day so there is no point. Water + foods can add up to 3 pounds for me. 3 pounds is just around 1200 g so it isn't that much since water alone weigh quite a bit.
