I have really bad asthma too so sometimes it's hard to get in a really intense workout. I try walking at lunch time if I can and there are some really fun wii games out there. I also have been doing Zumba and I love it.

I'm a cheeseaholic too. I have to eat some form everyday. For snacks I eat the Laughing Cow light wedges which are really good. I usually spread them on Wheat Thins. Gives me my cheese fix. Also low sodium string cheese is yummy.

I make mine with soy or nonfat milk because I don't like the taste of it with water. I add a sliced banana or blueberries, sugar free jam and light brown sugar for added sweetness. So yummy!

I have the same weekness as Tierra85. I can eat an entire jar of nutella. When it's TOM I crave a huge bag of flaming hot cheetos and any type of ice cream.

I hate to exercise as well but I've tried to change up my workouts so I won't get tired of the same thing. I started using wii fit and other fitness games and now I'm doing Zumba which is actually really fun and burns tons of calories. I think if you change it up you will stay motivated and not get bored so easily.

I shop at Trader Joe's all the time! I always make the whole wheat coucous salad. The recipe is on the website. :) They also have really good snacks like pita chips, crackers and dried fruit. Check the labels first if you are looking out for sodium or sugars.

Before I read this I posted on my page that my office manager bought us a big bag of Halloween candy to put out for out patients. I wish I would have read this before I had a small twix bar. I know one isn't bad but it's so tempting to eat more than one! Thanks for the post!
