Recipe For Skinny Red Velvet Cupcakes
http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/02/skinny-red-velvet-cupcakes.html I made these last weekend for my grandmother's bday and they came out delicious. Only 141 calories per cupcake which inclues the frosting. I think they are so much better than a normal red velvet cupcake which can be over 400 calories. Enjoy!

Tips For Drinking More Aqua
http://www.dwlz.com/WWinfo/water.html I hate drinking water. I've always know how important it is to drink at least 8 cups of water per day, but could never seem to do it. Before I joined MFP and started my prednisone I hardly drank anything. I've increased the amount of water I drink but still can't seem to hit the 8…

It's Just Not Happening
Is it impossible to lose weight when I'm on steroid medication? I've been on prednisone for almost a year and I have gained 30 pounds. It doesn't look like I'm going to get off the medication completely until I'm hoping by the end of the year. Right now I'm maintaining the weight I am now which is fine but I'd like to see…
