What to do to feel full?

I seem to feel hungry all throughout the day. I know eating certain foods and drinking more water can make me feel full, but what else can I do? I don't want to be snacking all day.

This is a trusted site... I use it all the time... not just for nutrition either!
Try increasing your fiber... it helps make you feel full, for longer!

If you like squash... I've noticed that eating it is very filling... AND... low in calories. A cup of spaghetti squash is only 42 calories, and you can do a TON with it. You can use it in just about any pasta dish... replace the pasta with the spaghetti squash. Or just plain with a little butter.0

Protein, fiber, and lots of water with every meal and snack. *Especially* protein.0

I drink lots of tea. I stay full almost all day long. Yogi tea has this kind called "Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life" and it's supposed to keep your appetite in check and support healthy weight loss. I think it helps a little. I also drink a cup of raspberry leaf tea every day (good for the female reproductive system) and either peppermint or ginger tea sometimes after meals to aid in digestion. If you don't like tea, this is really bad advice lol, but it's a good way to feel full and get the benefits of the different teas.0

as crazy as it sounds try eating a BIGGER breakfast. 2-3 servings of carbs, (I.E i piece toast and 1/2 cup cereal, ect) High fiber, low sugar. 2 servings fruit, 1 protein with less that 3 g. fat0
