I feel the same way. I only try to focus on myself but I get frustrated when I see people eating crap and making excuses.

I log it as low or high impact aerobics depending on how much I've done. I also see people logging it in as cardio.

I love watching those types of shows. Too fat for 15 and I used to be fat are great too. I only wish I could have the same opportunity. All they do is workout all day for months. No wonder they see such rapid results! Here I am hoping to lose 1 pound a week and they are loosing 10! :)

I've been doing Zumba for months now and I love it. Don't worry if you don't get the steps down perfectly. As long as you keep moving you'll get a great workout and it burns tons of calories :)

I agree. My scale keeps me discouraged if it's not moving or the numbers are going up. My pants on the other hand are my best friend when I feel them getting looser! :)

Don't worry. I go throught the same thing. One day I feel "skinnier" and I can notice the changes in my body, and other days I feel like my actually weight and my body looks like it never changed.

Don't purchase the food you know you will binge on. If it's not around you won't eat it.

I used to have no will power when it came to sweets and junk food. Don't deprive yourself of these foods just eat them in moderation and only have a serving. You'll get used to it.

I started in January and I've lost 9 pounds too. I try to look at it as a positive! I don't worry so much about what I could have done but more about what I have done and what I'm currently doing. I say job well done. :)

My tap water doesn't taste the best so I add a crystal light packet or lemon wedges to get it down. I' m not sure why the water would be giving you gas though.

Maybe because when people call you fat or call themselves fat it seems like they have the plague or something. It's not the best of words. I'd rather be called fat them obese!

If it is a healthy cereal without much sugar I will measure about 1.5 cups and I use skim milk. I also try to add fruit to my cereal so I can stay full until lunch.
