I am just finishing week 8, or week 3 of Beta round ;) Stick with it you will be happy you did. So far I am liking Beta way better than I did Alpha. it is a tough workout but you will feel great when its over. have fun!

How much water are you drinking every day? Your weight can fluctuate from day to day just from water weight alone. I wouldnt freak out quite yet. Cindy, I have a couple of questions. First it says this weeks cardio is 220 min then at the bottom it says to send to you our totals out of 250. Is it supposed to be 250? Second, the bow and arrows, is it 10 minutes total or 10 minutes per day?

Ok I am at: 65/90 Strength 193/250 Cardio 20/50 Burpees working on more burpees tonight and finishing cardio and strength tomorrow. I actually missed 1 day of working out this week so Ive had to double up a few days too keep on track. My body is going to love rest day on Sunday ;)

It was a tough week I wont lie. I too had that week where you just want to sleep all day and eat everything thats not nailed down. I missed 1 day of working out so I didnt make the 240 min of cardio but I came close :/ I think we still got this! Next week I will rock it. Go team!!

I love walking outside. I just wish it would stop snowing long enough to be able to get back out again. For now I use my treadmill and I am doing T25 workouts everyday. Just keep moving every day and make sure you get plenty of water and eat right. you will get there

Its been tough getting the extra time in. Ive been doing T25 but 25 min a day isnt enough for the 240min cardio so ive had to add extra workouts to my day. Needless to say Im feeling it this week ;) Im looking forward to Sunday. Go Daryl!!

Got 50 minutes of cardio kickboxing already this week plus an additional 25 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of strength training. Off to a good start :) Go Team Daryl!!
