you might need to change up the type of workouts you are doing. Try doing some strength training instead of cardio. Are you drinking enough water? I wouldnt automatically assume you need to eat less you might need to eat more. What is your daily calorie goal?

I finished t25 about a month back. I didnt much like the first 5 weeks but I really liked the last 5 weeks haha. It is a good workout especially if you like cardio. would you be doing it on just the days you dont go to the gym ? What type of workouts do you enjoy most?
