I'm 135 and 5'2" I eat a lot of fish(salmon and tilapia) grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, rice, whole grain pasta. I like wheat thins and hummus as snacks. I eat Special K bars and Fiber one bars a lot and quaker oatmeal:)

When I started my weight loss, my goal was 140 because it's the lowest I can remember being in high school, I then realized that I would still be overweight at 140 so I set it to 127 which was in the normal weight range for my height. I started out a juniors 11, and am now a juniors 7:D I want to be a 3 when I reach goal, the smallest I can remember being in high schoo is a size 5 my freshman year I am 5'2" and 135 as of this morning:D

I have about a 27% body fat as well I am aiming for 23% right now which is in the middle of the "fitness" range. Normal is 25-31% for women. I think you should shoot for 23-24% body fat right now, so maybe lost around 5-10 more lbs and add lots of core and strength workouts to help tighten those "wobbly bits" :D

The boob thing is really true. I'm 5'2" and weigh 136 but I don't really look it, but I have 34D boobs! They used to be 36DD

So when I weighed in monday morning, I was up 6 lbs!!! So I used this week to get back on track and today I'm finally down again. 136.0, down 0.6 lbs since last week. Not much but when I was retaining so much water weight from the weekend, it took a bit for my body to let go of it

Hey guys! I was 135.2 this morning!! (compared to 137.6 last thursday). I never lose 2 lbs a week so i'm hoping this isn't "fake weight" and I don't wake up tomorrow a pound heavier(I'll have still lost a lb since last week). I'd like to have a 2 lb weight loss this week! If this is real, I'm only 8 lbs away from goal!
