Nausea/lightheaded-ness during run
Ok it's not because I didn't eat enough because I had a HUGE 450 calorie breakfast and drank a bottle of water beforehand... and only ran 3/4 of a mile before I had to stop so I couldn't have dehydrated myself that quickly.. any other ideas? I can't even do squat jumps or any cardio without feeling nauseous.
