Ok so I've been doing this for nearly 2 years and fell off the wagon for a little bit and gained back around 13 lbs. But since a week and a half ago I started working out hard again (bootcamp 2x a week, turbokick once, spinning once, and my own cardio/strength training once with the weekends off) and I am SORE AS HELL and have gained SEVEN POUNDS
I sure as hell know I did not gain seven lbs of muscle in a week and a half that's impossible even if taking supplements.. my calorie limit is set to 1200 but since I exercise every day I usually eat around 1500
How could I have possibly gained SEVEN POUNDS in not even 2 weeks?

It's water in your muscles because you went from zero to 2 billion in a week and a half. If you manage to keep up the pace of doing every single exercise available, eventually your body won't be in shock and the water weight will drop off.

7 lbs of water though? I'll wait it out but hopefully all the different types of workouts will eventually lead to LOSS since I am 15 lbs overweight now :(
