Ok so, I live in an apartment with 3 other girls. I'm a junior in college.
We have.... THREE SCALES in our bathroom. THREE. And I really want to start only weighing myself once a week, because I fluctuate a lot and it's really discouraging day after day. I weigh myself probably 5-7 times A DAY.
But my roommate is also trying to lose weight(and succeeding) and I can't just take the scales out of the bathroom because I know she uses them
SO how do I not be tempted to weigh myself every day, let alone multiple times?

    I weigh every day, but I try not to worry about minor fluctuations (a few pounds). As long as my lowest number for the week is going down, I am doing alright.

    Have your roommate puts hers in her room, and hide the others.
