I went home from college for winter break and didn't get a gym membership or anything because I didn't feel like paying anything for just a month of the gym. I ran outside only about 5 times the entire month and didn't really watch what I was eating. The scale fluctuates every day but I'm back at school and it looks like I have gained only a pound this month I've been slacking off.
Since I wasn't working out at all for a month (compared to 8 months of working out 6 days a week without fail) do you think my body is not going to handle it well?
Will I not be able to do as much as I used to?
And will the weight start coming off quicker?
Thanks!
