SO since I gained 6 lbs in the past couple days, I'm re-setting my goals

I promise to eat as cleanly as possible (stop snacking on chips! They're my weakness)
Eat smaller, more healthy meals
get to the gym 6 days a week(plus basketball)
drink 12 cups of water a day

any other suggestions guys?
I want to be 130 by Christmas, 123 by my 21st birthday in April.

just writing down your goals will help ensure you reach them. the only thing I would add is that, depending on the effort level of your workouts, it may be beneficial to have 2 rest days each week for muscle healing/water retention reasons.

I'm with you on the chips. I cannot have certain chips in the house. those Cape Code kettle cooked salt and vinegar chips are the devil and they are not allowed in my house. follow the "out of sight, out of mind" principle when it comes to your favorite unhealthy items.
