It's taken me since February to get down 30 lbs. It's been a really slow road for me. I lost 12 lbs the first 4 months( SO SLOW) then another 12 over the summer 3 months, and since the end of august I've only lost 5.. It's probably because I'm really short, and it's going to be really hard to lose these last 10 lbs

I was a 30.1 BMI so just in the obese range. I wanted a BMI pretty much in the middle of a healthy range for me. shadow boxing. you'll sweat so much. It'll really get your heart rate up. maybe add 1-2 lb hand weights it's really good cardio

Try switching it around. Breakfast should be AT LEAST 350. The bigger the breakfast the less hungry you are through out the day. Lunch around 400, depending how big the breakfast, dinner 400-450. The first thing I notice is that you're way over your sodium most days and not eating eating enough. Make sure you're drinking enough water as well because your body is likely soaking up all the water due to how much sodium you take in and that's why the scale isn't moving

I recently upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 and gained about a lb, then lost it again. Everyone's saying the lbs will start coming off faster soon and to give it 3 weeks. I'm also trying to add more running into my routine at the gym:D

what kind of elliptical are you using? I burn about 12-13 calories a minute on average on the elliptical, the slowest being like 10 calories a minute if I'm really taking it easy, your machine must be really off
