I've never tried that. Seems like a good idea though. With that type of IF, I'm assuming it's the same amount of calories as whatever my fitness pal is set for to lose weight?

I do lots of sandwiches. And you can always pack leftover supper.

Mayo for most things. Miracle whip for egg salad and potato salad. Neither taste right with real mayo.

Don't be too strict with your diet. That is going to burn you out pretty fast. Eat everything you love, just in smaller portions.

I find eating lots of veggies helps since you can pretty much pig out on them without it making too much of a dent in your calorie goal.

That looks delicious! I want one!! :) And as long as it fits your calories etc, it doesn't really matter if you have a little treat type thing.

When I started taking classes at the gym, the first one was at 6am so I didn't eat before it. I came close to fainting because of not eating. I ate at least a little bit before every class since then and have never come anywhere close to fainting again. In my experience, I would never recommend someone excersize first…

Whenever I work out in any way I have to have music or an audiobook playing. Otherwise I get bored really fast and give up quickly.

I love when people notice. It lets me know that even though I don't see the change, other people do. And it's nice to be noticed for doing something good once in a while. :)

I think I would starve to death if I tried. I'm way too picky! And I love meat. But if it was up to me to kill that meat I wouldn't be able to do it and would starve to death.

I find it does help me feel full. When I'm hungry at work with no lunch break in sight, I'll take a pill and feel better. And before anyone says drinking water would do the same thing, I've tried just drinking water when hungry before and all that's happened is I ended up feeling sick.

Have you tried raw veggies or always cooked? I know I can't stand most vegetables, but I can eat raw carrots, peas in pods, cucumbers, green beans sometimes but once any of those are cooked I can't eat them because they've turned disgusting.
