Hi hdefehr! I am 5' 9" and 152. Even at my height and weight MFP was suggesting I eat 1200 calories to lose just 1 lb a week. I was doing the same thing you are doing and was fine all day but once it came time for dinner I would binge on anything available. I upped my calories to 1600 and found I was losing weight faster…

I still think changing up your workout could be the ticket. Maybe try something like tennis, basketball, bootcamp or swimming. Shocking your body with different motions can get it out of a plateau. Just my personal opinion and it has worked for me in the past.

I still eat ketchup and mayonnaise but not in the amounts I used to. AND if it's going to take away 100 calories that I…

I understand that you are not setting yourself up for success if you limit your cravings and never indulge on the fatty foods. I personally have my cheat day every Saturday but am very strict the rest of the week and I have been consistently losing a pound a week and I eat 1500 calories per day. But my point is that it is…

In terms of weight loss, which is what this thread is about, every calorie is created equal. [/quote] True, but don't you think it's important to take health in consideration when you are losing weight? Who cares if you are thin if you keel over from a bad heart....

QUOTE: 1. You do not need to "eat clean." (you can eat a variety of foods, lose weight, and meet nutritional needs) 2. Drink the lemon water if you like the taste, but it will do nothing for weight loss. 3. Meal timing is personal preference. 4. You can eat lunch meat and still lose weight. (and be healthy) 5. You do not…
