didn't tell her what she wanted to hear? I think it was more that nothing she said matched up with anything else she knows. If you left the doctors office with an internal conflict of any sort, I think seeking a second opinion is a great way to see if the information you received was accurate.

I recently returned to MFP. I too have over 100 pounds to lose. I just started logging my food Tuesday and still haven't built up enough courage to get into the gym :cry: please add me too. We can do this together. :happy:
