LOVE LOVE LOVE Hot yoga! It is a great workout, cleanse and so relaxing as well. I recommend getting there early to acclimate to the heat before you start moving. Just lay on your mat and relax. Drink lots of water before, during and after. Have fun!

I say eat a small amount of the food you love. Can you "pre-eat" a large low calorie salad or something so that your favorite meal in a smaller portion will be more filling. Or you can always do an awesome workout to burn those calories off either before or after you eat. The important thing is that you are not totally…

Well, I think it is all relative. I work night shift 1830-0630...so I often work out at night because that is the time that I am awake. I say give it a try and check it out.

Thanks! I know that I do feel much better when I am working out and eating healthy. I do pretty good when I am at work...it gets harder at home. I wish my husband was doing this with me...we eat pretty healthy, he just has a different approach to portion control and toppings.
