I usually have 0% fat greek yogurt and some frozen berries - so delicious and keeps me full til lunch! Its 156 cals too! Would generally have a coffee of some sort between that and lunch! I'm not a big breakfast eater just need something. Bacon and eggs is good too or 2 eggs scrambled with avocado - yum!!!

cauliflower based pizza is delish and about 200 cals for 1/4 of the recipe. - depending on your toppings!

We had chilli last night but instead of rice I had cabbage... I usely have grated cauliflower rice but the shop was out of cauliflower! :(

I generally try and not eat carbs at dinner but it's the only way I find I can keep my cals at the right level. Try grating cauliflower and frying it in a pan for a few mins - voila cauliflower rice! Yum and fills you up and is basically no calories so if you have a curry or whatever it soaks it up !! yum!

I started doing a bit of running over a year ago and then gave up now I'm doing 5ks in 27 mins (yay) and one thing that makes it easier for me is running while watching tv haha you don't notice the time go by as much! The music just didn't work for me....maybe a podcast?

Im 5'4" but can I join tooo?! Arrived in Australia for a year - left home at 143 and now I'm 147 don't want it going up (although been trying and failing to get it to move down) GW is 126!! but I'll be happy once it starts moving!! Trying to do Cardio everyday and have to get back in to strength which is what I did before…
