non fat cottage cheese is high in protien...or fat free cheese, I can't think of anything that is high in calories and non fat that you wouldn't have to eat alot of to meet 300 cal.

Measure yourself, check your inches. I bet you're getting smaller. If you've just started to really work out again in the last month or so, then don't be discouraged, muscle weighs more than fat!
