I am struggling with this as well. I can drink Diet Coke no problems. But drinking water cold or room temperature will give me horrible stomach ache. I started a year ago at 335 and have lost to 276.6 so far. I'll be here for a while! I have way more to go. The point is I've stayed with it for a year and continue to fight back.

Tomorrow will be my 1 year anniversary using MFP and I've lost 58 lbs. Its been a struggle worth the effort. I'm now able to do a few more things and I feel better about myself. :)
