Guar gum thickens up nicely. Try a small amount...1/4 tsp and see how your body reacts. Not everyone digests it well. Can find at health food stores or some grocery stores.

Stick with it and you will see results. I moved to a 5X5 program after plateauing in my crossfit workouts.
