I know this post is old, but I was googling and cam across it. I'm glad that im not the only one. My right side fat seems larger than the left, so of course I've been stressing out that its swollen LOL. Glad I'm not alone

just gonna add my 2 cents worth...i also thought 1200 seemed to low.....i am an overweight girl and have a lot of weight to loose...when i started MFP back in Jan. and entered all my stats, it gave me a little over 1200 cals a day...i have since lost over 20lbs....it seems to be working for me...as long as you are watching…

I don't know if I'm measuring wrong or what..but i took my measurements last night and for the fun of it, i took them again today and they are BIGGER than last night...i just don't understand :sad:

i managed to get out and do my 2nd day of c25k so i feel a bit better.....i cannot believe that i'm actually out running LOL..whodda thunk it....i never run.....and i felt very refreshed afterwards...i think i need another week of doing week 1 though because i only go outside 1 day this week because it's been pouring…

ugh......finished L1D5 and I am just not feeling it anymore......i had a rougher day today for some reason....not sure if i'm tired of it after just 4 days or what......i was happier when i was just doing my walking for 35 mins everyday.... :sad:

I'm thinking of taking tonight off too......my feet are hurting a bit today....it is pouring rain like you wouldn't believe and the wind is horrendous...i've been out on the go all day and now i am pooped...think i will just rest today and get back at it tomorrow when hubby goes to visit his parents

oooooooooooo yes, VERY intense...i have never committed to doing this type of work out, and kept at it...all i've been doing the last 2 months is walking 35 mins every day.....i am try to do the c25k too but due to the weather this week, i haven't been able to get out....maybe once i get out and starting…

i guess it's just hard to accept when i've been losing 2lbs a week for the last 2 months because i was walking everyday...now that i'm not walking everyday, the weight has stopped coming off...ugh....it's just frustrating lol

i'm trying but i don't think i am reading the tape right.....for example, i don't know if when i'm reading the tape if it's at 50 something or 51 something....does that make sense? lol

okay, L1D4 just completed...it was a little bit easier but i still had to stop through some of the workouts.....maybe it was only better today because i put my bra on and then 2 sports bras so I was able to get through the jumping jacks :happy: :blushing:

great thanks.....hopefully with doing these 2 programs i will lose the weight faster than I have been... do you guys do the shred everyday or do u take breaks in between? i will be doing the c25k every 2nd day but had planned on doing the shred 5 days a week

have any of you continued to lose weight while still doing the shred?? this is my biggest fear is that i"m not going to continue losing the weight like i have....and that i'm going to end up buliding up muscle, therefore gaining the weight....if i'm doing the 25k as well, should I still notice some weight loss?

another thing, i have a measuring tape here (one that is used at bra shops, etc..you know, the long white one) but for some reason, I can never seem to measure myself correctly :(

i wonder tho, if i keep walking like have these past 2 months, if i will still see the weight loss....i might have built up some muscle already with the walking i've done, but i hope that if i keep walking i will still lose the pounds

the level 1 came out to just over 27mins...when i logged it as circurt training, general it said i burned 388 cals...IS THAT RIGHT??? that seems like a lot?

thanks, i will...i think i'll do the same as someone else mentioned to me before..doing the shred in the morning and then walking at night...or maybe i'll do the walk first and then the shred at night
