I guess the only downside would be if you were not getting sufficent goods fats and protein. If you are eating a lot of fruit because you are feeling hungry perhaps swap some of it eg boiled egg, yoghurt or cottage cheese, yoghurt, small amount of nuts or avocado etc etc.

Great site, thanks for posting link!

So are you still training? Running? Cycling? Marathon? Track meets? Ifso, you aren't getting sufficient calories and particularly not getting sufficient protein and good fats. Just overeating? Yet just yesterday you said on a post you are binge eating.
-
Well going from your previous posts I would say the cravings and 'overeating' is due to the fact you only eat fruit and vegetables and probably not eating sufficient calories.

You may want to lose three more kilos but do you actually have an excess of three kilos of fat? You don't want to lose lean body mass for the sake of a number on a scale if body recomp can get you the look you are after. Have you had a dexa scan or an other reliable method of determining your body fat percentage? At your…

Well done so far! And keep up the great work!

Your are already in the healthy weight range for your height (BMI 20.7), any weight loss is going to be slow and low. How much more weight to you want to lose? You need to make sure that you have the excess fat to lose that much weight otherwise lean body mass will be likely be lost instead. Perhaps focus on body recomp…

Great! And well done on the weight loss so far.

You'd be required to eat very low calorie, don't do it, more damage than good. You know what it takes to lose weight you've done well so far. Reassess your calorie allowance/intake for your new weight, track everything you eat and drink, weigh/measure everything you eat and drink to ensure accuracy. Make sure you are…

I can't say that I have ever heard anyone being called it or it being used to refer to anyone.

Welcome and good luck!

Check that you have set your profile to lose weight and not maintain or gain. Other than that the more someone weighs as well as being taller and younger the more calories.
-
Thanks Flipflop some good info there.
-
How much are you trying to drink at a time?

Exercise calories are not included in your MFP daily calorie allowance. Some websites do include a component for exercise calories based on the info provided by the user. The exercise calories provided when you enter exercise are generally not accurate...some people start with eating back half their exercise calories and…

They are definitely not supplements...supplements would be vitamins and the like. Is that a combined tablet or two separate tablets? If separate that's a double dose of appetite suppressant. You have been steadily losing weight without them, perhaps wait and see how you go with weight loss with out them. Read these for the…

There is a link that I can see that looks like a photo when you are writing a comment (above the comment box), if you click on the down arrow it lets you insert an image. It is fourth on the righthand side.

It's great that dietary changes have made a difference for you health and weight wise. Keep up the great work! I have sjogren's too...mostly dry mouth (so far) for me that I manage with suitable oral products (oral mousse, toothpaste, xyiltol gum). I had heard flaxseed oil was good but I couldn't stomach it. I have just…

Eggs, butter, cream, full fat milk and yoghurt, nuts, avocado, cottage cheese with fruit, olive oil...increase portion sizes, eat more snacks.

Welcome and best wishes for getting your life and health back. A few suggestions that may help, complete your profile for weight loss, set a reasonable goal (generally 1lb per week loss unless you have a significant amount of weight to lose), buy a set of food scales, measure and weigh all food and drink, plan your daily…

1200 is fairly low, you will likely find yourself quite hungry. 2lb per week is an agressive goal, reduce it to 1lb per week, and MFP will give you a more reasonable calorie allowance for your height and current weight.
-
Well done, great job!
-
You haven't failed at all, it's called being human, we slip up, we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and just get back into it. You are being incredibly hard on yourself, be kinder to yourself, set reasonable goals, know that you will slip up again, but some plans in place for when you do, deal with it and move on.…

How tall are you and what do you currently weigh? Did you set your weight loss goal to 2lb per week?
-
As you have said daily allowance will adjust when exercise is added to the tracker. The exercise calories given may not be accurate, so some people eat back about half of their exercise calories and adjust as necessary according to weight loss. If losing too much weight per week eat back more exercise calories.
-
You need to eat at least the calorie allowance provided. If you exercise to a high intensity or do a lot of exercise you will need to eat extra calories. Do not eat under the allowance give assuming you have set your profile to weight loss, occasional eating less than the allowance given won't do any harm.

My sister had this issue after caesarians for two extremely babies (comparative to her size). She had no core strength whatsover and was experiencing backpain. She had surgery to fix it, she was and still is pleased on the outcome.

Don't let the possibly of loose skin be an excuse to not lose weight regardless of what you feel about loose skin. There are many factors to loose skin: genetics, age, environment, amount to be lost etc etc. Some people are quite fortunate and have minimal loose skin. Don't judge the amount of loose skin by what you…
