Protein shakes, high protein yoghurts, cottage cheese, eggs, legumes/beans.

Eat until satisfied, not full or stuffed. This means eating slowly, putting fork down inbetween bites etc so as to give time for the stomach to send the satisfied message to the brain.

How much do you weigh? How tall are you? How many calories are you eating? If may be for your height and current weight that you do not have a lot of excess fat to lose, therefore, any weight will be lower.

No you are not a bad mother for wanting to be healthy and fit. You are a better mother for it, does he want an overweight, tired, stressed out, unhealthy, depressed mother for the children? Is your husband missing out on anything by picking up the children, what would he be doing otherwise if you were there? How much time…

What data did you enter for it to say you've lost this weight?

Non scale goals are great motivators!

How on earth did MFP trick you into trying the premium? Was it a one month free trial but you needed to cancel the subscription after the month if you didn't want to continue?

He asked what could be done to improve, you were open and honest, he obviously wasn't ready to be open and honest. I am not sure what he was expecting from you when he asked. We are attracted to what we are attracted to...some men and women are sexually turned off when their partners put on weight, others aren't, there is…

How much weight have you lost in that time? Are you measuring / weighing everything you eat and drink? If not, you are possibly eating more than you think.
-
Have you had a counselling to help with the binge eating? It may be what you need to stop the derailing.

You haven't failed (1) you have have been practising and (2) you never fail if you haven't given up

Too many times to remember, I don't see it as failure but the opportunity to learn and get better at it!

Fluid retention due to dehydration. If doing weights/resistance training and feeling sore, it will be fluid retention. Weight training will cause minute tears in the muscle fibres, fluid is retained and used to help mend those tears. Muscle building in action Could also not be related to exercise could be other factors or…

I think it is more about our own attitude. When some of us are overweight we suffer low self esteem, low self confidence, we don't look people in the eye, we are gloomy etc...people respond to that in a fairly low key manner. When we have lost weight some of us have more self esteem, self confidence, we smile more, we are…

Have an alternative strategy in place..firstly avoid thinking of her, secondly if angry go for a boxing class instead, go chop some wood, go for a walk, relax in the bath.

Does it really matter what you weigh if you like what you see in the mirror? This is what happens when we get caught up in scale weight rather than body fat percentage...we get disappointed, think we are failures, and it is far from the truth.

Yeap, this

Nothing only about 5lb in a month when already at a healthy weight. That's pretty good. Your expectations are too high if you think you should be losing more.
-
What does slightly hungover mean to you? I would say if you are at risk of chucking up don't go and/or hydrated I would be rehydrating with non alcoholic fluids and waiting waiting a few hours.
-
You've just lost your tolerance to alcohol because you haven't drank a lot of it for the past nine months. Probably quite a few hangovers between now and being to drink two bottles of wine again without feeling off. Not such a bad thing, being a cheap drunk....saves on calories too ;)

I didn't mean to ask what time you went to bed, but rather how long after eating dinner do you go to bed? Sometimes if I have a fairly early dinner I can be a little hungry when going to bed. What do you weigh? And how much under 1300cals? Is it a comfort thing for you to feel full? We don't need to eat to full or feel…

What is a successful day for you? How many calories are you eating? What time to you go to bed?
-
So you lost 5lb and you are going to give up? 10lb in three weeks is unrealistic. So you can continute and in six months you could be almost at goal weight if not at goal weight or give up and be 30lb heavier. Your choice your consequences.

On the few days I looked you are not eating sufficient particularly if you are exercising. You seem to be eating a lot of processed foods with some of them having a high sodium content. You may want to keep an eye on your protein levels.

I would have thought it meant...mind your own busines :) but https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=do%20you

Are you actually coeliac or intolerant? What tests were used to diagnose?

You probably do look different but I suspect you are being harsh with yourself. Post us a picture of you before and after your weight loss, we will be able to point out how obvious our weight loss is.

I watched that youtube clip again just the other day. It is quite interesting, it's hard to fathom that is what happens to the fat we lose.

300gms? That's not a weight gain, that's a fluctuation. A temporary downward fluctuation.
