Your are 23, I think as you lose fat you will lose some of the tummy, any excess / saggy skin will contract over a year or two. Biggest factors in skin contraction after a pregnancy or weight loss is gentics and age, the younger the better (though this may depend on the degree of skin stretch). You are young and if your…

There is nothing wrong with you. It is normal. Weight fluctuates on a daily basis for various reasons such as hormones, fluid retention or rehydration, medication, whether you've had a bowel movement, amount of exercise you did the day before etc. If you can't cope with daily fluctuations don't weigh daily, weigh once a…

They are only expensive if you don't use them.

The six month transformation ones are great (10% over the six months). I finished one yesterday, happy to say I reached the goal weight.

Are you weighing everything you eat? Counting drinks with calories? That said, weight does fluctuate on a daily basis and if yesterday you ate a meal or two that had a lot of sodium you are likely retaining fluid. If you did a weight training session yesterday that left you with very sore muscles you are likely retaining…

Preplan your daily menu - do it the day before, know what meals and snacks you are having. Some people plan a week in advance, so as they can do shopping and meal prep. Allow some flexibility for eating back some exercise calories and other infrequent caught unawares - forgetting to take lunch to work, a drink after work…

And low for someone who is 5ft10. For the OP, your BMI is 21.5, close to the lowest end of the BMI, you are not going to lose a lot of weight quickly. It's going to be a fairly low weight loss over a long period of time, you are going to need patience, a lot of it. Something to bear in mind, if it is this difficult to lose…

Welcome. Unless you are significantly overweight, 12kilos in about seven weeks is going be a hard stretch and you'd be severely undereating to achieve it. Hopefully you've set your MFP profile to lose a reasonable rate/amount per week and eat to the daily allowance set by MFP.

With such a low calorie intake you should be losing weight assuming there aren't any medical or medication issues. Are you weighing or measuring everything that passes your lips? If not, it is possible you are eating alot more than you think you are. Though if you have lost a lot of weight in the preceding weeks, it could…

Well done! You must be feeling like a different person, improved health, increased energy levels etc...it is wonderful seeing what being consistent achieves. Again, well done!

You need to find something else to help deal with the emotions that drive the emotional eating. For some that will be a therapist/counsellor for others that may be replacing the destructive habits with positive habits eg angry do a boxing class to work out the aggression. Lonely - spend some time with a trusted friend or…

Is the real consideration the area when you live? If its a usually a high risk area for crime, particularly violence on the steets, I wouldn't feel safe and probably wouldn't venture too far on my own. If its usually a safe area, I would feel safe but would remain aware of what is going on around me when out and about.

You are already in the healthy weight range for your height (albeit on the higher high of the BMI), weight loss is going to be slow and low. Your calorie intake will need to be on the ball, and you will likely need to weigh everything not just butter and milk. You need to work out what is making you bloated and gassy, keep…

How tall are you and what do you currently weigh?

It appears that you need to be kinder to yourself, give yourself time to recover, physically and mentally.
-
Your goal weight BMI is below 20, don't be surprised that your weight loss will be slower and lower than you expect given that your current BMI is below 22. Be kind to yourself, don't give yourself unrealistic goals
-
The body fat scale is probably not all that accurate. Hydration levels can play havoc with the accuracy.
-
With a BMI of 22, any further weight loss is going to be slow and low unless your calorie deficit is on point most of the time. Up to you of course but you may do better to focus on body recomp (rather than scale weight loss) where your body shape is likely to change as well as looking smaller but weigh the same or even a…

That's a lot of egg whites to even get close to a reasonable amount of calories, I imagine you tire of the diet fairly quickly.

Some people can't cope with the natural daily fluctuations and a natural gain fluctuation sends some people into a tizzy and they spend the day severely undereating or overexercising, some others may just give up. They've yet to understand that its the long term trend that is important not the daily ups and downs.

Why not visit a general doctor?

Well water doesn't have any calories so just use the weight before adding water.

That is fabulous, well done!

You asked the same question here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10808182/please-help-me#latest Some people asked for more information so they could assist you, but you didn't respond. If you share information about yourself you will get better responses tailored to your circumstances.

My father died a few years ago to cancer, I coped fairly well in the circumstances, and while I was sad it was a relief knowing that he was no longer in significant pain. It is most certainly normal to be numb, sad, overwhelmed, in a low mood, weepy, etc etc...and it also normal not to be, everyone feels different and…

I think you may benefit if you give the scales a break for a while given your past posts, even if only for a week. Focus on some non scale goals for change.

Don't give others the power to impact on how you think about yourself. Hold your head high and keep being you.
