I want to lose 1kg (2.2lbs) a week? I weigh 66kg (145.2lbs), I'm 160cm (5"3) and I'm female, 18yrs. How much should I eat and burn to do this? Is it possible without going into starvation mode?

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!    I looked at some cheapies on ebay (not Polar brand) and I'm so glad I didn't get one of them and spent a good…

Yeah its quite hard to determine, I got one and then decided to get an HRM. I used mine for the first time today and I LOVE it! HRM stands for heart rate monitor. Hey - You could make a wrap or pita or sandwich (just pick low cal options) and put shaved turkey or low fat chicken or egg or just salad in it (grated carrot, lettuce, baby spinach, tomato, onion, capsicum) , you could put dressing and cheese (low cal of course). Anchovies are pretty low cal and have a salty flavor, I…

Hi, I'm looking at these calorie counting things on trademe (ebay), I see that you can get them quite cheap. Are these quality? I'm not looking at the ones going for a few bucks but ones for less than NZ$40. What should I look for? Can I trust a cheap one? Are they worth the money? Thanks :flowerforyou:
