  • Raw Blue Agave is GREAT! 21 calories per tablespoon (which goes a long way), low glycemic impact, gluten-free, vegan, and also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant components. If you take milk cow/soy/nut or otherwise make sure it has no sugar added. I like coconut milk, myself!
